1. About Dragon Divide
Dragon Divide is an online ecommerce shop offering collectibles, trading cards, figures, animation cels, artwork, accessories, and other related merchandise. Product availability, pricing, condition, and descriptions may vary by item.
References to “Dragon Divide,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Dragon Divide. References to “customer,” “you,” or “your” refer to any person who accesses the website, places an order, creates an account, or otherwise uses our services.
2. Eligibility and Website Use
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. You may not interfere with the operation of the website, attempt to bypass security features, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the website in a way that could damage Dragon Divide or other users.
3. Product Information, Availability, and Condition
We make reasonable efforts to display products, descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, photographs, colors, packaging details, specifications, prices, or availability information will be error-free, complete, or current.
Many products sold by Dragon Divide are collectibles. Packaging condition, manufacturer quality control, paint application, minor shelf wear, production variation, and factory defects may vary. Unless expressly stated otherwise, product images may be representative and may not show the exact individual item received.
For unique items, including but not limited to animation cels, sketches, production artwork, signed items, vintage items, or one-of-a-kind collectibles, the item is sold based on the description and images provided in the listing. Customers are responsible for reviewing item descriptions and images before purchasing.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse sales at our discretion, including after an order has been placed, if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, incorrectly described, restricted from shipment, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided during checkout is accurate, complete, and current. This includes your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment information.
Payment must be received and authorized before an order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or abuse of our policies.
If we are unable to reach you via the communication methods provided, such as your email, we may cancel your order. Please ensure that your email account is valid and not over quota.
If an order is canceled by Dragon Divide after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise required or agreed.
5. Shipping Policy
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment, subject to product availability, order volume, holidays, weather disruptions, carrier availability, and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided prior to final checkout when available. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Dragon Divide. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Dragon Divide does not control the package while it is in transit.
Customers are responsible for entering and verifying the correct shipping address before completing checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Dragon Divide may attempt to assist with carrier redelivery or package recovery, but we are not responsible for loss, delay, theft, return-to-sender fees, reshipping costs, or damages caused by incorrect shipping information.
If a package is returned to Dragon Divide due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to pay import fees, failure to collect the package, or other customer-related delivery issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order is reshipped. Original shipping charges may not be refundable.
Dragon Divide is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, incorrect tracking scans, theft after delivery, or other events outside our control.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delivered Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@dragondivide.com as soon as possible and include your order number, photographs of the damaged item, photographs of the shipping box, and photographs of all packing materials.
For lost or delayed packages, Dragon Divide may assist with carrier inquiries or insurance claims where available. Customers may be required to cooperate with the carrier’s investigation, provide documentation, or complete claim forms.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Dragon Divide may not be responsible for theft, misdelivery, or loss occurring after delivery confirmation. Customers should contact the carrier and, where applicable, their local postal office or delivery service for assistance.
7. Import Duties, Taxes, Tariffs, and Customs Fees
For orders shipped outside of Dragon Divide’s domestic shipping region, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, tariffs, taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, carrier fees, clearance fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country, region, customs authority, postal service, or shipping carrier.
These charges are not collected by Dragon Divide at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise. Because customs rules, tariff rates, tax requirements, and import fees vary by destination and may change without notice, Dragon Divide cannot determine, estimate, collect, guarantee, or control the amount of these charges in advance.
By placing an international order, the customer agrees that they are responsible for all charges required to import, release, receive, or accept delivery of the shipment.
Dragon Divide is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import inspections, local postal handling, unpaid customs fees, refused shipments, restricted items, or fees assessed after the shipment has left our possession.
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, returned, seized, delayed, or destroyed due to unpaid import fees, customs restrictions, failure to collect the package, or the customer’s refusal to accept delivery, Dragon Divide may be unable to issue a refund. If a refund is issued, shipping charges, carrier fees, return costs, import fees, payment processing fees, and other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import laws before placing an order.
8. Returns and Refunds
We want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting orders@dragondivide.com.
Returned items must be in their original condition, including original packaging, accessories, inserts, manuals, cards, parts, tags, and any included materials. Items must not be opened, used, damaged, altered, resealed, or missing components unless the return is due to an issue caused by Dragon Divide.
Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by Dragon Divide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Dragon Divide reserves the right to deny a return, reduce a refund, or charge a restocking fee if the returned item is damaged, incomplete, opened, altered, improperly packaged, or not returned in the condition in which it was received.
9. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless defective, materially misrepresented, or otherwise required by law. These may include, but are not limited to:
Custom or personalized items
Digital products
Clearance, sale, discounted, or final-sale items
Opened trading card products
Blind-box, mystery, randomized, or sealed collectible products after opening
Animation cels, sketches, production artwork, and other unique artwork assets
One-of-a-kind, vintage, rare, or individually photographed collectible items
Items damaged after delivery or altered after receipt

10. Order Cancellations
Customers may request an order cancellation by contacting orders@dragondivide.com. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
If an order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or transferred to the carrier, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In that case, the order may need to be handled through the return process, if eligible.
Dragon Divide reserves the right to cancel orders for inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, abusive behavior, or any other reason permitted by law.
11. Account Information
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current account information. Dragon Divide is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
12. Promotions, Discounts, and Store Credit
Promotions, discount codes, coupons, rewards, gift cards, and store credits may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or limitations.
Discounts may not be retroactively applied to prior purchases unless expressly stated. Dragon Divide reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time where permitted by law.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, product page layouts, images, branding, design elements, and other materials, is owned by Dragon Divide or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, or exploit any portion of the website or its content without prior written permission from Dragon Divide.
Product names, character names, trademarks, logos, and brands referenced on the website are the property of their respective owners. Dragon Divide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any rights holder unless expressly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragon Divide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, shipping delays, customs delays, carrier errors, or inability to use the website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragon Divide’s total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dragon Divide from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website, violation of applicable law, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Twitch Prize Ticket Award Redeem

On our Twitch channel, we offer a Channel Point reward redeem called:
"Prize Ticket Reward Entry!"
When you redeem this reward, your Twitch username will be entered into a random prize drawing held at the end of each month (typically on the final stream of the month).
How It Works
Each redemption equals one entry into that month’s drawing.
The prize pool rotates monthly and may include figures, statues, trading cards, and other collectible items from our store inventory.
All prizes are new/sealed, but some may have cosmetic box defects — which is why we thought it would be fun to use them in this community prize game.
If your username is drawn, a prize will also be randomly selected from the prize pool.
You can choose to:
Accept the prize, and we will contact you via Twitch to arrange shipping (postage is paid by DragonDivide).
Decline the prize, and no prize will be sent (Channel Points will not be refunded).
Important Notes
Channel Points are not refunded after use, regardless of drawing outcome or whether a prize is accepted.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill a prize (inventory issue, shipping restrictions, etc.), DragonDivide is not liable for any damages or claims related to the drawing or missed fulfillment.
No returns or refunds are offered on prizes awarded via this drawing.
